Terms and Conditions
Deposit
A 50% deposit of the total cost is required to confirm booking.
CancellationsMore than 120 days prior to commencement of safari - 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
Less than 120 days prior to safari - no refunds will be made. If the safari is rebooked, clause a) will be applied.
Balance
The balance of the rates is payable before the commencement of the safari.
Payments
All payments must be made in cash, traveler’s cheques or bank guaranteed cheques

NOTES:
Trophy fees are payable in respect of all animals bagged or wounded.
African Big Sky Safaris reserves the right to change conditions and prices.
All reasonable precautions are taken to ensure the safety of clients and their possessions but we accept no responsibilities, directly or implied, for losses, injury, fatalities or damages whatsoever.
Although all our staff are highly skilled and well trained, we accept no responsibility for accidents. All guests are required to sign a personal indemnity before commencement of the safari. |
